The company and its founders look back on more than 20 years of experience in software development with a focus on the tourism industry. Our central principles are the constant use of state-of the-art technology and the latest development tools as well as consistent quality assurance.
Our self-developed tools enable a highly effective implementation of complex software systems in any industry. At the same time, our strict quality assurance ensures that a consistently high level of quality is achieved at a high development speed.
Even before the company was founded in 2001, its founding partners Holger Haag and Dennis Christiani were already active in the industry for six years, playing a major role in shaping the development of Germany’s largest air ticket routes, and were involved in the development of the first Internet booking engines.
In addition, they worked as project managers in New York, Miami, Dublin and London, gaining extensive experience in the field of IBE and automated fulfillment elements with all major GDS.
Since the end of 2005, the company’s own products Travice API and flightConex IBE have been developed. In this process, great importance was attached to the principles of quality assurance and evaluation of the latest technologies. This resulted in a solid and high-performance platform, from which a variety of products emerged such as the online assistant for ordering airline tickets for AERTiCKET AG and Conso.de, the B2B IBE Amadeus Farewizard, the BPAConex Fullfilment Automation for TUI Cruises, and the Faremaster Webquery for FTI Ticketshop, AERTiCKET, Conso.de.
In 2010, AERTiCKET introduced Matrix Ticketstrasse, a fully automated fulfillment system of scheduled flights, which is still being continuously adapted to current requirements and put into operation at other major customers.
